Richard Sutherland – Days of the year

This is different.  Very lively and we’ve got lots of parts to this on the initial visit.  There’s an innovative slider bar at the top where you can choose which month to peruse.  The post history is very graphic and appeasing to the eye.  The colour scheme is just right and there’s no dazzle from this start screen.  Nice and short, unlike many other blogs this is nicely tailored with no trailing crap on the sidebars.

Holy fuck.  I’ve gone into the months and we’ve got a pictorial rep of each day – presumably that’s why it’s called ‘Days of the year’.  Doh!  Nicely done.  You may notice on the score of seven for sidebar; you actually don’t have much of a sidebar, but I’m marking you pretty high on this as you don’t need it. It looks better than the conventional sidebar.

What it could do with is an option to subscribe to it.  I’m sure you’d have thousands.
